Luneta, Manila Ocean Park and Star City Tour

January 2, 2009, instead of having a party in the house, we've decided to tour my nephew on his 4th birthday at Luneta Park and Manila Ocean Park for a change. :D

Luneta Park is also known as Rizal Park ( previously called as Bagumbayan), situated in the midst of Manila's hustle and bustle of a concrete jungle.   Apart from its grassy expanse, Luneta also features planitarium, fountains, amphitheater, childrens playground, skating rink, Chinese and Japanese gardens, and the Orchidarium.

Mt. Makulot

This was my side trip during the Holy week of 2007, March 29-31.  For a change, I went on mountain climbing with my new found friends, all boys :D

Mt. Makulot is located somewhere in Batangas.  The province known for its "kapeng barako".  It was't a planned trip, "nagkaayaan" lang.  This was my first time to mountain climb, loved the experience.  And this was my first time to eat "LOMI", I really can't forget its taste, so yummy!

Super Full Moon can cause Chaos?

I love the moon.  I'm fascinated by its beauty, on its different views/angles appearing on earth's sky.  From first quarter, last quarter, new moon and of course the full moon. It's so lovely up there. I remember my childhood super hero, Sailor moon.  I'm always rushing home to see this cartoon series.  I'm sure you did that too!

We've been to Paradise!!!

I thought that paradise was only in dreams and can be seen only on fairy tales but I was wrong!  Because today, we've visited one of the hidden paradise in the Philippines located in Samal Island, Davao!

After our breakfast we packed our things and prepare to go to Samal.  We've brought of course things needed for swimming and water for our drinks.  They say that we can have our lunch there at affordable price.
