Fried Crabs in Saucy Sauce

Seafood dish is seldom seen in my menu because I am allergic to some, particularly the shrimp and its family (how bad :( ).  But it doesn't mean I won't cook seafood dish, it's a big no, no because my husband loves those foods much.

So for today, I will share to you a delicious recipe: FRIED CRABS in SAUCY SAUCE.

You need to prepare the ingredients first:
  • 1/2 kg (3 pc) medium crabs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 head garlic, crushed
  • 25 g ginger, peeled and pounded
  • 2 tbsp salted black beans (tausi), mashed in 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce

Water is essential to our bodies. It has many benefits that help us lose weight, gain muscle, and stay focused on our tasks. While most people know the benefits of water, most of us ask: how much is enough?

While some people may not be concerned with monitoring their drinking habit, note that even just being 1% dehydrated already affects the body greatly.
